About Me
As a former middle schooler entering high school, a major realization was made in my life and it has forever changed my life and future. God showed me He not only wanted to get me into heaven and out of hell but He actually wanted a relationship with me, which He made possible through Jesus Christ! As I began to embrace this and walk with God each day I began to see His heart more and more and learned how He feels about me and others.
This realization has overtaken my entire life. I am now forever in pursuit of knowing God more, not only knowing about Him, but truly knowing Him as a father and a friend, and encouraging and equipping others to do the same. God has provided this gap year program as an opportunity to continue doing just that. I have one desire for my life and the lives of others and it is this, “ May we all look into the eyes of Christ and be forever captivated by the love we find there.”
About SNGM Gap Year
Next year, God has lead me to take part in a Gap Year Program through Salt Next Gen Ministries. During this program I will be trained in multicultural ministry, evangelism and discipleship while living as a missionary, continually telling people the good news of Jesus Christ. In the fall I will live in Nashville and there I will be trained and discipled while ministering daily to refugees. Afterwards, I will spend the spring semester overseas partnered with a long-term missionary in a destination where my training and gifts can best be used. In this journey, my life will be completely uprooted and I am trusting God in all of it to direct and provide for each step of the way.
About Salt Next Gen Ministries
SALT Next Gen Ministries exists to train and send the next generation to reach the nations with the Gospel for the glory of God. They do this by preparing students for cross-cultural ministry, partnering in Gospel work with local churches and like-minded mission organizations, and placing the next generation on the global field to meaningfully serve in the advancement of God’s kingdom.
